The Cooking School at Red Bridge Restaurant offers courses for international visitors who want to learn about local cuisine and wish to cook an authentic Vietnamese dishes. Join one-day or half-day cooking tour, you will learn how to cook some Vietnamese dishes, especially typical dishes of Quang Nam, Hoi An.
A relaxing 20 minute boat cruise along Hoi An River is the ideal way to reach the restaurant. Start the course with a local market trip where you’ll pick up ingredients and learn by watching the street vendors, then you’ll return to Red Bridge Restaurant, see the chef’s performance before hands-on practice of cooking your own meal. Cooking class usually last about three hours, including four dishes.
